General Li Qiaoming Awarded Nishan-e-Imtiaz for Strengthening Pakistan-China Military Relations

On Tuesday, the esteemed Nishan-e-Imtiaz (Military), one of Pakistan’s highest military honors, was bestowed upon General Li Qiaoming, the Commander of the Ground Forces of the People’s Liberation Army of China. This prestigious award recognizes his steadfast dedication to advancing military cooperation between China and Pakistan, both recognized as all-weather allies.

The investiture ceremony took place at the President’s House and was attended by distinguished figures including Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif and Army Chief General Asim Munir, alongside other military leaders and members of parliament. During the ceremony, the citation acknowledged General Li Qiaoming’s remarkable four-decade career, underscoring his significant contributions to the Chinese military.
