Saudi Arabia and UAE Teams Qualify for Paris 2024 Equestrian Jumping
Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates have qualified for the Paris 2024 Olympics in equestrian jumping after a successful event in Doha. Saudi Arabia placed first, showcasing a strong team performance, while the UAE also secured their qualification. This achievement marks an important milestone in their equestrian history as they join other nations at the upcoming Games.
On February 27, 2024, the equestrian jumping teams from Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates qualified for the Paris 2024 Olympics during a highly competitive event in Doha. Saudi Arabia topped the qualifier with a remarkable performance, featuring riders Abdulrahman Alrajhi, Khaled Almobty, Ramzy Al Duhami, and Abdullah Alsharbatly, securing their Olympic spots with total round times of 235.31 and 237.81, alongside a total of 15 penalties.
The UAE team followed closely with totals of 241.07 and 236.38, earning them their place alongside Saudi Arabia. They now join seven other nations, including France and Germany, that have already qualified for the Olympic Games.
