Carlos Sainz Reflects on Challenging Sprint Qualifying Day at Chinese Grand Prix

On the other hand, Alex Albon, Sainz’s teammate, advanced to SQ3 and finished in ninth place. Discussing tire sensitivity, Albon mentioned feeling confident in the car but struggling to maintain tire performance: “It feels like you have to manage them and overmanage them in many ways – it’s not that comfortable.” He anticipated an exciting Sprint race on Saturday, hinting at potential challenges with tire graining as the race progresses.
