Ukraine’s Foreign Ministry is preparing for a meeting with the U.S. in Saudi Arabia to discuss ceasefire proposal parameters. Heorhii Tykhyi, the spokesperson for Ukraine’s Foreign Ministry, articulated that these talks will be perceived as bilateral negotiations rather than a political dialogue.
