Consequently, with collaboration from a faction of the BDR, they strategically obstructed enemy movements by destroying vital infrastructure.
Under the command of Major Nazrul, the group prepared for battle by forming a command unit and establishing a control room in Thakurgaon. Despite facing intense attacks from the Pakistani Army and suffering significant losses, including the destruction of their headquarters, they pressed on.
