Bangladesh and China Sign Nine Cooperative Agreements

Bangladesh and China have signed nine cooperative agreements during Chief Adviser Professor Muhammad Yunus’s visit. These include an Economic and Technical Cooperation agreement, along with eight other documents addressing development, literary translation, cultural heritage, media, and health aspects.

During a visit to China, Chief Adviser Professor Muhammad Yunus of Bangladesh has successfully signed nine instruments representing various areas of cooperation. This event marks a significant step in strengthening relations between the two nations.

One of the key agreements is the Economic and Technical Cooperation framework established between the governments of Bangladesh and China. Chief Adviser’s Deputy Press Secretary Abul Kalam Azad Majumder confirmed this development to BSS.

In addition to the economic agreement, eight other instruments were signed, focusing on diverse sectors such as development initiatives, translation and publication of classical literature, cultural heritage exchange, media collaboration, and health sector cooperation.

The agreements signed between Bangladesh and China highlight a commitment to fostering cooperative relationships across multiple sectors.
