He mentioned claims from Pakistan regarding one of the attack’s key suspects, Sajid Mir, who was initially reported dead but was later confirmed alive under pressures from the FATF. “After 26/11, my government… went to Pakistan, gave them all the evidence, but you’ll be surprised to know that nothing moved forward,” he said, implying that only international scrutiny elicited progress.

He continued with a stark revelation that Indian agencies had obtained recordings of the attackers communicating with their Pakistani handlers during the attacks, which revealed a chilling mantra encouraging them to kill indiscriminately for promises of paradise. “The Indian legal system followed all the due process of law, and Ajmal Kasab was sentenced to death… Our agencies were capable enough to record the audio conversations in which the terrorist group… were having with terrorists who were killing Indians,” Owaisi added.
